Delivery Information

Once you have placed your order and your item has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email from the specified courier with a tracking number attached.

Christmas Cut Off

If your order is placed after 20/11/23 and is on pre-order we cannot guarantee Christmas delivery. (Please message before purchase and we can confirm.) 

If not on pre-order our last UK postage date is on 18/12/23 to guarantee Christmas delivery.

International Orders is 06/12/23 for guarantee Christmas delivery. 

​

All orders placed after the 01/12/23 will not be shipped until 03/01/24.

​

Once orders have been placed they are final and we cannot cancel orders unfortunately.  

 

Please note we're not responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes, or other fees placed on International shipments. 

In the rare case that your tracking number shows that your package has been delivered, but you haven't received please contact the shipping company. Once a package's status is updated to "Delivered" there nothing we can do as the sender to help locate it. Vibey and Bleu is not liable for unforeseen issues caused by the courier or theft at your destination, but well always do our very best to help in the event of a lost or stolen package.

We are not responsible for any lost, Stolen or damaged merchandise or delayed delivery once we have shipped your order. Once you have received delivery confirmation number, any claims should be made with Royal Mail or DHL.

Please be aware slippers are handmade and fur may fall off due to being handmade. Wash in the washing machine on 30c and hang to dry and this will sort it :)

PRE-ORDER (21 WORKING DAYS) We will ship within an estimated 21 days from ordering if your order states pre-order. 

 

UK STANDARD DELIVERY (2-3 WORKING DAYS)  £4.50

UK standard delivery orders are sent with a Royal Mail TRACKED and take 2-3 working days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped with tracking number.

 

UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY (1 WORKING DAY) ORDERS PLACED BEFORE 3PM)  £9.95

UK next day delivery orders are sent with royal mail TRACKED 24. Orders must be placed before 3pm Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 3pm Friday will be dispatched Monday. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped with a tracking number. 

 

EUROPE STANDARD DELIVERY (5-10 WORKING DAYS) £15.95

Standard European orders are sent with royal mail Tracked/Signed for service. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been sent along with a tracking number.

 

USA & CANADA DELIVERY (5-10 WORKING DAYS) £29.00

USA & Canadian orders are sent with UPS. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been sent along with a tracking number.

 

AUSTRALIA STANDARD DELIVERY (10-14 WORKING DAYS) £20.00

Standard Australian orders are sent with Royal Mail Tracked and Signed for service. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been sent along with a tracking number.
